In this workshop we will drop together through all the different layers of a "me" and a "you" to the dimension waiting for us one flight down from business as usual, where there is only love. Time and separation disappears, and the deepest longing of the heart is fulfilled, with nothing left to be desired. Of course, to avoid the trap of "Spiritual Bypassing," we need to attend to all the dimensions of our experience: body, desire, emotion, trauma as well as external practical life. But having access to this space, both alone and with a partner, becomes a resource in which all the changing dramas of life can rest and dance class.
